Refund Policy

At Brothers Skills, we are committed to delivering high-quality skill development programs. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

Important: All sales are final once course access is granted or the internship program has commenced.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was made but course/program access was never provided due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate payment was charged for the same enrollment
  • The program was cancelled by Brothers Skills before commencement

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Failure to attend or complete the program
  • Dissatisfaction with course content after accessing materials
  • Failure to obtain a job or meet personal expectations post-certification
  • Technical issues arising from the student's own device or internet connection
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of enrollment

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (where eligible), please follow these steps:

  • Email us at noreply@adbros.in within 7 days of payment
  • Include your full name, registered email address, enrollment ID, and reason for the refund request
  • Attach proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID)

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund is initiated.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Refunds, if approved, will be for the full enrollment amount only.
